How far in advance should I book event décor and tents?
We recommend booking 6–12 weeks for weddings and large events. For corporate functions or peak-season dates, reserve 3–6 months in advance to secure tents, décor themes and preferred florals.
What is included in your tent, seating and venue setup service?
We provide tents, flooring, lighting, tables, chairs, linens and on-site installation. Setup and teardown, delivery and a site inspection are included in the quoted package unless stated otherwise.
Do you have weather contingency plans for outdoor events?
Yes we advise a weather plan for every outdoor booking. Options include stronger frame tents, sidewalls, heaters or moving key elements under cover. We monitor forecasts and coordinate changes with you.
How do you handle event styling and theme customisation?
We start with a styling brief, present concept boards and samples, then refine details (colours, florals, linens, signage). Final styling is confirmed 2–4 weeks before the event.
What are your typical setup and teardown timeframes?
Setup depends on scale, small events 2–4 hours, medium 4–8 hours, large or multi-structure sites 1–2 days. Teardown is usually completed within 4–8 hours. Exact times are in your event schedule.
